On leaving Iseo (road for Rovato) turn right to the cycle path until you reach Via Colombera, admiring the Lamette and the lake to the right, and Sebino bogs to the left. At the end of the road turn right, then immediately turn left for Cremignane; at the end of the slight uphill part, turn immediately right to reach Clusane Iseo, following the Brescia-Paratico cycle path. Take the provincial road to Sarnico and, after the pedestrian traffic lights, turn off to the left: the uphill road leads you to Colombaro. When the road forks, take Via Manzoni on the right and continue straight through the centre of the town, beyond which you will pass a large vineyard on the left. Continue on this partly wooded road until you get to Nigoline and, at the stop sign, turn right for Adro, passing the parish church. If you want, you can turn right and take a short cobbled street leading to the Palazzo Torri and the church of Santa Eufemia. If instead you prefer to continue along your path, take the road through the vineyards. After a bit of pedalling you will find a restaurant and a descent leading to the square of the Sanctuary of Madonna della Neve (Our Lady of the Snows).

Skirt the school and at the mini roundabout on the left go slightly uphill and follow the tourist signs for wineries and restaurants. Once at the top of the gentle hill, turn left at the intersection and, keeping the descent on the right, take the narrow Via Lovera straight ahead. The vineyards that surround you lead to a wine cellar with an entrance gate that was created by artist Arnaldo Pomodoro. Continue and at the stop sign go right on the provincial road and continue on it for 200 metres. After passing some businesses on the left, take the road to Calino. Continuing straight on you come to the Monument to the Fallen, then turn left and follow the sign indicating "Valli" and Via Torre. After 200 metres, before turning to the right, you can make a detour to reach the church of San Stefano, which is at the top of a flight of steps and offers a pleasant view of Franciacorta. Back on the road, watch out for the descent that comes next. After the level crossing at the stop sign, turn left. After a short climb, you will reach Bettolino Monterotondo and turn left at the stop sign, following the signs for Provaglio Iseo and provincial road 49. Continue straight for 700 metres and then turn left into Via Cimitero. At the bottom of the hill, after the level crossing, you will reach Borgonato, home to two historic wine cellars. Continue, turn right into Via Dosso downhill, and at the roundabout, turn left towards Nigoline. After the industrial area, veer to the right at the roundabout, following the wall of the Panciera-Zoppola villa on your right, then go straight ahead on Via Grumi. Follow the signs for Timoline- Centro Sportivo. At the stop sign turn left, continue in Via Dalla Chiesa, passing the Acquasplash water park on your right, and at the next stop sign you will face a long straight ride that will take you right to the centre of Timoline.

On reaching a large roundabout, you'll see the parish church. Take the road for Provaglio, which is flanked by vineyards and wineries. Before the level crossing, turn left to join the Brescia-Paratico cycle path, which runs along the Torbiere Nature Reserve (2 km of dirt road). Follow the road, keeping the shopping centre on the left; at the stop on provincial road 11, cross it, and, after a slight climb, you will reach Cremignane. Retrace the road taken at the beginning (Via Colombera) for a few kilometres to return to the starting point, after having covered about 30 km.
