From the parish church of Paratico, follow the signs for the Paratico-Palazzolo cycle track. Once left the town, you reach the small church of the cemetery.

A narrow country road running on the left side of the cemetery leads you to Capriolo. The Oglio river flows under you and you can see the hills of Valcalepio in the province of Bergamo. At the end of a long descent, cross a railway crossing and an industrial area. Turn left onto via A. Niggeler crossing again the railway line and tackle a 500 m long winding ascent leading to the residential area of Capriolo.

Pay attention to road markings and signs in order not to take the wrong way: after about one kilometre you will reach via Urini. At the end of this road, turn left following first viale Case and then via S. Stefano, a quiet surfaced road where you seldom see a car. A long straight stretch leads you to a motorway subway. Going on along the cycle track, cross the railway crossing of the Paratico-Palazzolo railway line.

A narrow road running along the river leads you quickly to the town centre of Palazzolo where the track ends. We suggest you to take a rest in the nearby park of Robinie before cycling back to Paratico.
